Steps for Enrollment
All Families will be put on a Waitlist prior to Enrollment. As per our State guidelines, any family wanting to receive services must be receive an Income Ranking based upon Family Size and Income.
Families screened & selected for potential enrollment from the waiting list will be asked to complete the orientation process, and submit documentation to verify eligibility/need for services. The steps are as follows:
Step 1: Once Called by our office; Pick-up an enrollment packet from our office: 1990 Archer Ave., Live Oak, CA 95953
Step 2: Complete Application, including forms and documents listed on the checklist. Followed by scheduling an appointment with our office by calling (530) 695-2372 once your documentation is complete
Step 3: Verify Eligibility
Attend an in-person appointment at the Live Oak Child Development Center located at 1990 Archer Ave. Live Oak, CA 95953
Please note you will be turned away and asked to reschedule if your packet/information is incomplete at the time of your appointment
Step 4: Attend orientation
Note: Orientation is typically done at the same appointment as verifying eligibility; however, we can separate appointments if it is more convenient for your family
